Blood Suckers Slot Overview
The blood suckers slot is a 5×3 NetEnt game with 25 fixed paylines and a 98% RTP. Its low volatility means frequent smaller wins rather than rare big ones.
- 98% RTP, one of the highest of any online slot.
- Free spins triple all wins.
- A pick-a-coffin bonus game adds instant prizes.
How Blood Suckers Pays
Blood Suckers has five reels, three rows and 25 fixed paylines. Wins pay left to right. The Wild substitutes for regular symbols, the scatter triggers free spins, and a separate bonus symbol starts the coffin game. Wins come often but are mostly small, which is what low volatility means in practice.
Blood Suckers Slot Free Spins and Bonus Game
Three or more scatters award 10 free spins with all wins tripled, and the round can be retriggered. Three bonus symbols on an active payline start the coffin bonus game: you pick coffins to stake the vampires inside for instant cash prizes until you find an empty one.
Blood Suckers vs Blood Suckers II and Blood Suckers Megaways
The original is still the one with the best RTP:
| Game | Studio | Format | RTP |
|---|---|---|---|
| Blood Suckers (2013) | NetEnt | 5×3, 25 lines | 98% |
| Blood Suckers II (2017) | NetEnt | 5×3, 25 lines | 96.94% |
| Blood Suckers Megaways (2021) | Red Tiger | Megaways | See info screen |
Blood Suckers II has better graphics and more bonus options; the Megaways version adds much higher volatility. If RTP is what you care about, stick with the original.

The common criticisms are its age (it was released in November 2013) and a modest max win of around 1,014× your stake.

Blood Suckers RTP, Volatility & Max Win
